Character Stroke Name Editor
The character stroke names are played out during character stroke animations and handwriting practice. Some teachers may have preferences for the stroke names of a character. For example, for the second stroke of the grass root (
艹
), some teachers call it shu4 (vertical line) while other teachers call it dian3 (dot). This tool allows the teachers to select the preferred name for the stroke in a character. Note that this change applies only to the vocab lists you create and share with your students. This will not affect other teachers or students.
